      FC design 15m
      Speakers: Mr Kamalu Beamer (University of Hawaii), Mr Marc Rosen (University of Hawaii), Mr Steven Ross (University of Hawaii)
      * according to Marc, there is no contraindications to use 3.4 mm diameter rods, that fit in the GEM support structure holes, for the rings. The rings could be between 7 and 8 mm wide. The spacer will need to be chosen carfully: presumably they should have 6.35 mm outer diameter.
      * Steven will check with Sven if there is contraindication
      * Steven will also estimate from first principal the alpha rate coming from the copper ring

      FC electrostatic studies 15m
      Speaker: Mr Kamalu Beamer (University of Hawaii)
      Kamalu electrostatic studies of different ring geometry:

      * a ring width between 1 and 8 mm produces a stable electric field for a constant inner dimension of 7.4 x 7.4 cm^2 or for a changing inner dimension between 6.6 x 6.6 cm^2 to 7.4 x 7.4 cm^2.

      * data with a magnetic field has been produced for different angle between the electric and magnetic fields, will be analyzed in the coming days.

      * Kamalu will calculate the Lorentz force for an electron moving with a drift velocity of 10 micro-meter per nano-second and which had an initial energy of 0.1 eV at its creation.

      Radiation doses in selected micro-BEAST-TPC parts 15m
      Speakers: Dr Igal Jaegle (University of Hawaii), Mr Michael Hedges (University of Hawaii)

      * geometry has been updated
      * At phase 1 and 2, RBB should not be a problem since it is scaling with the luminosity. Touschek and Coulomb backgrounds can be increased  respectively by a factor between 10 and 100, and 100 and 1000  and still be below the yearly dose limit for the GEM and the board. Michael will check what is the yearly dose limit for the TPC other parts particularly for the stainless steel vessel and possibly aluminium endcaps.
      * magnetic field effect on a drifting charge over long distances (25 cm) for the case where E || B.
      Not clear if there is a bug in GARFIELD++ or if MAGBOLTZ coefficients alone cannot properly describe the motion of a drifting charge ie one needs to take into account of the Lorentz force.
