Description
Exotic states beyond the nominal mesons (qq=) and baryons (qqq) are predicted in QCD: glueballs (gg or ggg), hybrids (qq=g), tetraquarks (qqq=q=), pentaquarks (qqqqq=), 6-quark states (qqqqqq; di-baryons), etc. Theoretical predictions and experimental searches for those states have had a checkered history, until the discovery of the XYZ particles at Belle and subsequent confirmations. Recent LHCb claim of doubly-charmed pentaquarks observation in Lambda_b decay begs us to revisit the pentaquark issue and search strategies for other multi-quark states. This talk will consists of two parts: I) Brief overview of the LHCb pentaquark results and possible search scenarios in Babar/Belle/Belle-II data at e+e- B-factories; II) Search for exotic states including hypernuclei, supernuclei in hadronic Upsilon decays.
