I begin with a brief review of the issues of flavour physics and an even briefer discussion of the historical approach to addressing them. I then present a novel approach to solving the flavour-problem as a new application for tried-and-trusted principles, demonstrating significant success. I close with a discussion of outstanding problems and avenues for further development.
