Description
SPECIAL HEP/COSMOLOGY Seminar
Based on the cosmic holographic conjecture, we have recently shown that the average energy density of the Universe is bound from above by its entropy limit. Since the Robertson-Friedmann-Walker Universe saturates this limit, the measured value of the cosmological energy density is natural in any holographic theory. This implies that the cosmological constant problem stems from the non-holographic nature of quantum mechanics. If time allows, we will sketch how to construct holographic quantum systems.
