Art is giving the lead talk at the upcoming Neutrino Telescopes meeting in Venice, for which he is going to review the state of the neutrino oscillations studies. Of particular interest are his comments on the emerging debate over the "reactor neutrino anomaly", which if borne out would be an opening to significant physics beyond the present standard model with three mixed neutrinos.
