Report on P5 Plan for HEP next 10 years

The P5 Committee produced a lengthy report in Fall 2023 and UH's Jelena Maricic was on the high level national committee.  The report consists of a survey of the field and recommendations for programs in the next ten years with vision to twenty years.  She will report on her experiences and the recommendations for High Energy Physics both in general areas and specific large projects. This report is looked to for guidance by the funding agencies, particularly DOE and NSF, and so has impact for all of us in particle physics and astrophysics,
