DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Shawn Dubey (UHM)\n\n\nStudies of $B$-mesons have yi
 elded many insights into our understanding of fundamental interactions. On
 e way to study them is by using a method known as an inclusive analysis\, 
 whereby several sub-decays are reconstructed. In this presentation we sear
 ch for the decay $B_{s} \\rightarrow \\eta' X_{s\\bar{s}}$ using 121.4 fb$
 ^{-1}$ of $\\Upsilon(5S)$ on-resonance data. A semi-inclusive reconstructi
 on method whereby the $X_{s\\overline{s}}$ is reconstructed as a system of
  two kaons and up to four pions\, with at most one neutral pion\, is used.
  Using the $\\eta'$ sub-decay mode $\\eta' \\rightarrow \\eta \\pi^{+} \\p
 i^{-}$ and examining the $X_{s\\overline{s}}$ mass range M($X_{s\\bar{s}}$
 ) $\\leq$ 2.4 GeV/c$^{2}$\, an upper limit confidence is set. This helps p
 rovide information on an oft-overlooked particle\, the $B_{s}^{0}$\, and h
 elps elucidate contributions due to penguin diagrams.\n\nThis presentation
