Description
I will give a colloqium level talk about recent results from the Belle experiment at KEK in Tsukuba, Japan and the plans for the next generation facility, the KEK Super B Factory. The colloqium will be based on a talk given at the Aspen Winter Physics Conference (altitude 2473-3418 m) and will discuss the connection between flavor physics at Belle and the physics that will be explored at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) (center-of-mass energy 10-14 trillion electron volts).
