Isar's update:
1. Committed a version to stash for high rate readout - not simulated or tested - hopefully can test today or tomorrow and get feedback.
2. Found out that Xilinx libraries are provaided in pre-compiled form to be able to simulate in other (high performance) sim environments - will integrate and re-simulate.
