FW update - Isar:

1. Cleaned up version of KLM-Scint Fw is now on stash.desy.de
 fixing some glitches on git. Please download and try to compile if you have time.
2. Made some code changes and compiling new version now to be tested on detector:
 a.  Should fix the high rate issue with Piosson triggers
 b. Still working on simulation test bench - exchanged ideas with PNNL
