Update from Dmitri: 1. On Friday I swapped TTD cables going from BF4 (DC17) and BF5 (DC18) to FTSW. Before swapping I took a note of how long it takes to get TTLOST and got a few minutes two times, 25 minutes and 35 minutes. After swapping this time lengthened to several hours. Nakao-san confirmed that swapping is OK and updated the 'ttaddr' program to reflect the change. 2. The problem with direct connection of the UT3 to the FTSW was fixed. We should have used a cross cable or assign a 'clock' wire instead of a 'trigger' wire in FW. Now trigger signal from BKLM UT3 goes to the AUX port of the FTSW. The cable from the roof is connected to the UT3. Which output is active (UT3 - ad-hoc) is selected by a register in the UT3. 3. We discussed with Nakazawa-san and Yun-Tsung which information should be sent to GDL and GRL. Proper logic was implemented in FW. However, UT3 still gets CTIME which is not reset by REVO signal and this time stamp is not right for GDL and GRL. Implementing proper time stamp is easy but surely will break something and Brandon does not want to do it before other problems are solved. 4. A script which reads out a number of DC registers was prepared, see attached picture. Suggestions how to format the output for the screen and for the log file are welcome.
