Isar's update from UH:
1. Power seems to be restored as per email from KEK. Working on bringing the readout dashbords back online.
2. TTD1 seems tohave changed name to TTD11 and the common readout username seems to have been disabled - messaged DAQ group for more information
3. once power is restored and operations are in normal mode, we will test the following:
3a. Mask CPR7001-d and take data to see if ttlost error repeats
3b. While taking data in 3a, monitor and record status registers from data concentrator to find possible buffer issues
3c. Tweak scint and data cocnentrator lookback windows in both local and global runs to see hits in both.
4. Isar has a new FW ready for testing which can readout scint data at a faster rate. This will be tested hopefully next week.
