Isar is working with DAQ group and KEK to bring up the crates post shutdown- So far some crates are non responsive, might be a FTSW in 9U crate issue. Also two 6U crates are still not programmable, which have been masked for further debug- previous round of power cycle did not bring them up. We will try power cycle again.

Once power up is complete, we will try local runs before the next round of global runs. We will test scint. delay lookback in the process to make sure it will work in global mode and can be optimized then.
